Lots of capital going to virtual lots and houses, instead of tangible lots and houses.
Looks like with the scarcity of housing and investors losing out is no problem.
Why go through all that trouble building a new home and gong through the construction process for a very low profit margin when one can build an augmented reality home and sell it for $500,000+.
They just create an augmented reality house or lot and sell it online.
As compared to this, virtual reality has a lot more things to offer. I recently read about the simulations manufacturers that create tech enabled products for companies and with the help of such products, companies are able to grow to another level. This is going to be the way of the future. People will have virtual wives virtual cars virtual pets virtual everything because life on Earth will be so horrible that who would want to deal with it. It's much easier just to ignore problems in reality and escape. I think that's why people do drugs.
