Alison M Collins who is the VP of the San Francisco School Board has been waging a war on meritocracy. She wants to close the school for gifted and talented students because whites get in at higher rates than blacks and Hispanics (Asians make up 51% of the gifted school).

When Asian teachers, students, and parents resisted closing the school for gifted children she lost her mind. This woke school board VP said that she is intending to "combat anti-black racism in the Asian Am school."

She also said many Asian Teachers, Students, and Parents promote "model minority BS" with their "white supremacist thinking to assimilate and get ahead."

She also complained that Asian people's Facebook pages and time lines are filled with "White and Asian ppl. No recognition #BlackLivesMatter exists."

"Where are the vocal Asians speaking up against Trump? Don't Asian Americans know they are on his list as well? Do they think they won't be deported? Profiled? beaten? Being a house n****r is still being a n****r. You're still considered the help."

These comments came a few years ago and some non-woke people tried unsuccessfully to have her removed, now with more actions to shut down meritocracy programs for gifted students, people are bringing back up these offensive tweets.

Should she be removed from her school board position for her war on meritocracy and anti-Asian tweets?

Is she more offensive than cancelled Dr. Seuss books?

Of course she is!

Anyone who would say or imply that we should make special allowances for some groups of people because they cannot succeed otherwise is a bigot! (And in this case, bigot = racist.)

She apparently said this in 2016, and it's come to light again in the face of anti Asian prejudice. There's apparently a current move to remove her, and the entire school board.

Here's the original twitter thread. You have to click on the "show replies" to see the tweet being discussed.

Yeah, we figured that out when we read the links. But what do YOU think about this. Should this woman be removed and should we make it clear that our intellectually gifted children are just as valuable as the one gifted in athletics or art?

Yep. That's their plan. Not to raise everyone else up, but to bring the successful and talented down so no one can get ahead.

these people think that instead of blacks shooting each other in Chicago, they’re going to be working at NASA instead if only we got rid of grades and selective high schools.
