If the judge screws up anything, it’s going to be a mistrial. I don’t see any good outcomes either way.
Yeah, I can easily see this going towards a mistrial either way. I do note that the judge will allow the presentation of evidence of Floyd's drug addiction (maybe convictions also) since it addresses a possible reason for his death.

There was something like three times the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system. I suspect he swallowed some drugs, when the police approached the vehicle, in order to destroy evidence. If so (obviously conjecture on my part), that would explain the high level in his system.

Saint Fentanylus was begging for air and his mother before Chauvin even touched him, that’s his MO so he gets taken to a hospital instead of being arrested. You know, the boy who cried wolf - cry wolf too often and people won’t believe you when the real wolf shows up. Just watch the whole video and not the carefully curated and edited fragments, truth is your friend.

Also, murderous sociopath who knowingly and willingly poisons others with one of the deadliest chemicals in existence for profit does deserve to die, and what better way is there to die than to choke on your own dope?

Chauvin is a thug. Let Minnesota decide what happens to him.

The truth is your friend.

The defense brought this up when in court on when they were figuring out what the trial was going to include. In May 2019 he got pulled over and he ate his meth and fentanyl stash. He also had to be taken to the hospital due to it. The guy ate his stash when pulled over. Getting caught with it being a felon on parole/probation, your going right back to prison.

He could be violent, yes.

But he sure wasnt any type of criminal mastermind leading an organized crime syndication, and living a high end lifestyle.

He was a low impulse control, marginal IQ criminal, last act was trying to pass off a fake $20 bill.

That is pretty "low rent".

Knowingly and willingly poisoning people with one of the deadliest chemicals in existence for one's own enrichment isn't exactly "low rent," that fentanyl-peddling murderous sociopath got exactly what he deserved.

Let’s be realistic - no one even gets arrested, let lone goes to jail for simple possession nowadays. Jail time for drugs means peddling, not using. Now, the world would be a much better place if every fentanyl peddler followed St Fentanylus and choked on their own dope.

If the video footage shows that he never exited his vehicle from the time he parked on E38TH street then would presuming him guilty be an indication of low impulse control?

Do you have any proof that he even went into the store? (You mean to say that almost a year after the fact that you haven't seen any video footage showing Floyd either entering or exiting the store when the store is required by city code to record on video the frontal image of everyone entering their establishment. The video footage from the restaurant across the street was recording before Floyd parked and was said to have enter the store.)

You are aware that the $20 bill the store said Floyd gave them was not a counterfeit?

So why did the ambulance rushing Floyd to the hospital stop and wait on 26th and Park Street for Fire Rescue to catch up with them. Fire Rescue that arrived at the Cup Foods store several minutes after the ambulance had already left?

Some speculate they used that time to circulate the drugs injected into Floyd postmortem to cover up his murder. They claim that otherwise the presence of injected drugs would only be present in the area injected since he was dead from the time they picked him up.

But the fact that proves that didn't happen also proves that absent an alternate explanation that fentanyl toxicity couldn't have been the substantial cause of death.

I was a cop for 10+ years and don't know the first and last name of any paramedic I ever went on a call with. The idea of one of them being involved in a cover up for the city or a cop is laughable. Where do people come up with this stuff?

"Hey Gary, did you get that syringe of fentanyl just in case we have to cover up a murder today?"
"Yeah, Todd. Got it right here. Let's ride."
