FYI, it has never been proven that Dominion committed fraud. Ever heard the phrase, "innocent until proven guilty." The burden of proof is on the accuser. That is how our legal system works here in the United States.

Nope. All they have to show is that there was a false statement, which Powell has just admitted to, that the statement was published, it is all over the place, and that harm was caused, they lost contracts.
