This thread brought back fond memories of the Four Seasons Landscaping clown show. Never fails to tickle my funnybone no matter what kind of mood I am in. I kind of miss Trump-era shenanigans.

It is kind of boring, isn't it. The biggest controversy of the day is whether Joe had notes at his press conference. Much less boring than whether Rudy's face was melting onto his notes when he was giving his press conference in front of a landscaping company next to a porn shop.

Imagine dealing with her on a daily interpersonal basis.

Justifiable homicide comes immediately to mind.

I'm pretty sure that in 90 pages, it says a little more than that. In fact, I know it does, because regardless of anything else, she's a competent lawyer and would provide multiple grounds for dismissal in her motion. And it's 90 pages.

Don't really care, but since you seem to, you might want to go beyond the headline if you want to be correctly informed about the case. Just sayin'.
Have you read it? I actually wasted close to 40 minutes of my life reading that filler response. Most pages referencing case law decisions or arguments that had zero to do with THIS defendants defamation and slander.
Stop assuming that the amount of pages somehow makes her case .

Go read it.
