This defense needs to die, turns out that being a reasonable person is not a prerequisite for being a threat to society. Riling up "unreasonable" people with propagandistic lies is STILL JUST AS BAD.
Looking at her life to this point, hard to imagine her coming up with this on her own.
As an attorney she likely read it, as its been applied in case law, and never had to come up with it on her own !!!
While the fiction in your imagination isn't likely to be legally accepted it can be entertaining in the public square !!! Your imaginations have value and can be useful when determining if people are laughing at you or with you !!! Use your imagination here if you please !!!
As I have been saying all along, no sane reasonable person believes any of the Trump camp's election fraud claims. These lies are being spread only to engage the INSANE people that are followers of Trump.
So, in their defamation of business lawsuit, Dominion must essentially show that 1) Ms Powell uttered falsehoods about their business; and 2) that she knew said falsehoods were false.
Check, and double check.
If Ms. Powell believes that this 'defense' will cause Dominion (or the judge) to dismiss the lawsuit, then she is herself delusional.
She also claimed that she made such false claims while serving as an attorney for Mr. Trump or his campaign. I seem to recall that Mr. Trump proclaimed that she was never employed by him.

...
It appears she is maintaining that no reasonable person would believe her falsehoods, and also that she believed them.
Essentially, she was duped, but reasonable people would not be.
However this lawsuit turns out, Dominion has likely lost a lot of business on suspicion alone.
Her carrying on about how she was spreading lies that no reasonable person would believe seems a thin defense.
