Marijuana use is legal in Colorado, but the almighty fed form 4473 says you have no right to self-defense.

The right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Except if you smoke pot. Die in the produce aisle. Try not to bleed out on the lettuce. That is fresh minutes ago.

Dems are pushing to keep guns away from the mentally ill (which I don't disagree with) but yet want guns for those who smoke mind-altering drugs?? Sounds hypocritical to me.

The law is poorly worded and in the context of mmj doesn't make sense.

I knew someone who got a mmj card, smoked one time and hated it. Wasn't the stuff from the 60s anymore.

Now they can't possess a gun for two years until the card expires. It's like saying everyone us drunk every minute of their lives from the moment they turn 21.

Just because you can doesn't mean you are.

The problem is pot stays in the system.up to 30 days.

Develop that type of test for alcohol and watch the riots start. Or even for caffeine.

In other words, Dems want to give government the authority to decide who is mentally fit to own a gun, and the power to take guns away from the people they decide aren't fit?

I'm not understanding your point.

Marijuana use is legal in Colorado.

Gun ownership is also legal:

A judge in Boulder, Colorado, ordered the city to not enact a ban on assault weapons just a few days before the King Soopers shooting that left 10 dead, including a Boulder police officer.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime...cid=uxbndlbing

The suspect had bought a Ruger AR-556 last Tuesday. It has a 30 round magazine. It's possible that, had the judge ruled differently, 10 more people would be alive today.

What does it have to do with marijuana?
And why do you say "conservatives win again?"

Ya can't keep from getting stoned long enough to pass? You may have a drug issue. People every day are druggies, alcoholics, etc somehow manage to drive to work sober, pass tests, get enough done to get by. I'm sure you can too.

I thought everyone said weed wasn't addictive.
