"Some people" are mentally ill as well and see lots of things that don't exist.

I was too young to remember the previous POTUS before Bush I. Yet I would put

Bush I (R)
Foreign policy A (at least he did not invade Iraq after Kuwait was liberated)
Domestic policy C

Clinton (D)
Foreign policy B
Domestic policy B (He was a good president, and was likeable, even though he made some mistakes)

Bush II (R)
Foreign Policy F (Big mistake of invading Iraq, and further inflaming the situation with Russia)
Domestic Policy B

Obama (D)
Foreign Policy C-
Domestic Policy B (at first I really had a lot of hope for him and was excited when he won the 2008 election and was very happy and had very high hopes for him, yet in time he made some unwise choices such as not withdrawing US troops in Afghanistan after Bin Laden was killed and the war in Iraq continued with the rise of ISIS during his regime.

Trump (R)
Foreign Policy B (not a new war was started under Trump and that makes him a higher rating than Obama in this and the peace accords with Israel and a few Arab states was a wise move , but I would give him an A if he was not so arrogant and resort to name calling foreign leaders)
Domestic Policy D (his foreign policy was better than his domestic policies, , he further divided the USA and made progressives and moderates more united in getting rid of him in the next election. He was arrogant as well. His handling of the Covid was a disaster.
Biden (D)
Foreign Policy ? F so far, , but see what happens in the next few years.
Domestic policy C Yet wait until a few more years before I make the final choice.

All Presidents in my lifetime including Reagan especially Reagan get an F. The current deficit situation of irrational spending that we find ourselves in began with the "conservative" Reagan and he was anything but. All Presidents since him have been irresponsible, irrational, and selling us off one entitlement at a time.

Trump gets an F mostly from the dems who grade him on personality. This is what the media focused on with Trump . Trumps accomplishments deserve an A+ domestic policy, Trump's foreign policy A+. And that is the truth.

Obama the worst divider by race, class, and gender and sexual orientation. F . Obama is destroying and bringing in woke garbage.

MLK was not about identity politics at all.
