Hunter Biden has a bigger problem. Seems he lied on his 4473 on October 12, 2018 when he swore under penalty of $250k fine and 10 years imprisonment that he was not a drug user. That's a felony.
A felony for you and me but not for Hunter Biden. After all his father is a champion of gun control laws that would get you and me arrested.
Is it so painful for left wing nuts to admit that Hunter Biden is an addict? He was court mandated to drug rehab and three hours after being released from a three month stint he was sitting in a hotel room with cocaine.

Well, technically, he wasnt an 'unlawful user', as the Govt is not permitted to create or enforce laws on drugs in the first place...so, the question is not applicable.
Good God you people will make excuses for this family even if they murdered someone. The last time I checked crack cocaine was illegal.
Of course he was an unlawful user and the government does indeed prosecute those who use and possess what they've listed to be controlled substances. Crack cocaine is one of them. There are thousand's of people currently incarcerated that can attest to that.
If the question is not applicable then why is it listed on Form 4473? Regardless, lying on that form to obtain a firearm is still a federal crime. Of course I expect those on the Left to come up with every excuse possible to explain this away. That's all part of their DNA. But it will just prove what hypocrites they truly are. While simultaneously screaming for enhanced background check legislation.
