As I had already educated you on this, cigarette smoking is not a diagnostic criterion for COPD. Unless you provide proof to substantiate your claim that Mr Floyd had COPD, then we shall consider everything you write a work of (poor) fiction. Hope this helps.

It’s hard to backtrack on what a reasonable person should have and would have done. If only Chauvin had an ounce of reason during that fateful encounter.

The following is what Dr. Fowler was paid to do:

Defense expert found Floyd's manner of death to be undetermined, not homicide

Quote:
Fowler testified that Floyd had "so many conflicting potential mechanisms of death" that he considers the manner of death to be undetermined. Floyd's death was previously ruled a homicide by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, who stood by the classification during his testimony.

Medical examiners in determining manner of death can choose one of five classifications — homicide, natural, accidental, undetermined or suicide.

He died of COVID. The "newest" death in America... No matter your cause of death, you died of COVID.

If only Floyd had not put himself in harm's way, and not struggled with the police. I am sorry, combat against police officers is not a right.

If so, Chauvin prevented Floyd from getting medical help when Floyd needed it. If only an EMT was immediately available to save Floyd's life.

Oh wait! There was an EMT present who did identify herself to Chauvin. Chauvin prevented her from assisting to save Floyd's life also.

I'm just catching up. Just saw this Fowler guy say Floyd could have died of carbon monoxide poisoning due to him being under the car that was running? Gotta give it to him for creativity.

Man this guy was a poor man's Dr. Tobin. No credibility whatsoever. If you can't even admit to the basic facts.....how can the jury trust the rest of your testimony.

Then he agrees that Chauvin should have rendered aid? LMAO. Did the defense team actually pay this guy?

A drug screen should have been done on Chauvin immediately after this incident. Chauvin's vacant facial expression and inability to realistically assess and react to circumstances indicates possible impairment of Chauvin.

Since I'm white, the police officers just let me kick them, steal all the stuff I want, and drive around intoxicated on a bunch of illegal drugs. I do every chance I get. I just pop out of the office on a lunch break, do meth and fentanyl in my car, then drive down to the store to steal stuff, and if the police mess with me I just start kicking them. They always just laugh it off and let me go on my merry way. It's no big deal really.
