Felony tax fraud and murder charges, Chauvin hid behind a badge. He was no police officer, he is a criminal.
So al Sharpton doesn't have to pay but now you care about taxes? Most people pay nothing. How much did Floyd pay on his robbery loot? How much did he ever pay? More than likely 0.

Well if no one is paying taxes, how do we pay police?
When the planes hit the world trade center,
It wasn't the poor construction of the building. It was the impact of the planes.
It was the impact of the force (pressure), on the body that deterred proper oxygen intake. Which in turn had this human , this man to go into physical durress of the heart and lungs.
9 minutes of direct impact. 9 minutes of one officer denying medical aide. Or even turning Floyd on his side. He didn't.
Floyd died as a substantial force was used against him.
There have been several cases where individuals were convicted of murder even though they didn't even touch their victims, the legal concept of felony murder rule.
Such as the case of Larry Whitfield 12 years ago. Whitfield was on the run from a bank robbery gone wrong, and with his getaway car disabled, he eventually went into a house where a 79-year old grandmother of five lived. Whitfield even told the grandmother he didn't want to hurt her and told her to sit in her bedroom. She ended up dying of a heart attack from the stress and fright. Whitfield, 20 years old at the time, was charged with first degree murder.
Here's what the medical witness testified for the defense:
Quote:
"In my opinion, Mr. Floyd had a sudden cardiac arrhythmia, or cardiac arrhythmia, due to his atherosclerosis and hypertensive heart disease ... during his restraint and subdual by the police," said Dr. David Fowler, a forensic pathologist who retired as Maryland's chief medical examiner at the end of 2019.
Isn't that basically saying that even though he had underlying health conditions, his death was in fact caused or exacerbated by the restraint and subdual by Chauvin?
This isn't about whether Floyd was a saint or not, he did some bad things in his past and was still abusing drugs and committing petty crimes after getting out of incarceration. But there's absolutely no way this jury will not find him guilty of at least second degree manslaughter and even third degree murder.
And those who keep hammering that Floyd deserved to die, in effect these people are saying that Chauvin was in fact guilty of murder/manslaughter, but that's ok because Floyd was a scumbag.
On a side note, I find it interesting that some of the same people that can demonize someone like Floyd, can in turn sympathize with a professional athlete that violently rapes a woman and then dies prematurely.
I'm glad there is a cardiac intensive care nurse on the jury. IMO, CCU (cardiac intensive care unit) nurses are the most competent and knowledgeable.
The nurse will not allow all the smoke-screening of the defense to sway the jury.
