Exactly. Plus it is a racially mixed jury. They found him guilty. The only question is if it is on all counts. I bet it is.
Well that was the point of them moving the trial to that particular town. It all but guaranteed the not guilty verdict.

This is why we need more diversity in all parts of life. Having all white people make decisions doesn't bode well for the rest of society. Racially mixed usually means different perspectives, different experiences and different opinions. This is a good thing.

I am not sure how the law or facts change based on who is hearing it.

I agree. I think the manslaughter charge would be fair. But I'm betting murder 2 because the jurors don't want to be murdered or blamed for mass riots.
