They'll never prove that Chauvin murdered GF. They may be able to prove a negligent standard but definitely not intent to kill. Even if they were able to prove intent to kill, the defense will be able to establish, with expert opinion, enough doubt that drugs killed GF rather than any action by Chauvin to prevent a conviction.
The action which ended his life was none of those. The action which killed him was the knee of his neck which partially collapsed his airway, compressed his lungs into the ground and ultimately caused a decrease in oxygen to his heart which then failed.
That is the definition of homicide.
You don't know that. If you look at the video, the officer is not putting much pressure on him. It at least appears that way. I'm sure that will be sorted out in the trial. I'll wait for that decision. None of us have all the facts, regardless of how much we claim to. Wait for the trial.

The end point for all of the officers is that they must live with it. They killed a man they were sworn to protect
and deep within them where no one talks about they have to live with that reality.
