The chinese are drilling for oil, getting off their bikes and into cars and moving into the 21st century, Americans are going the opposite direction! Not a good thing!

Well, it is for health benefits. However, you are correct. Let's face it, the Empire is going down. I'm just glad I'm old enough to remember the greatness that was this country. I'm willing to walk. It will do me good.

There is no way that there is enough oil on this planet to allow all 1.3 billion Chinese to drive cars like we do in the USA. Plus, where would they find enough room for all the highways and parking lots!

How soon will it be before we hold this those responsible for this mess responsible?

At about 4:50 to 5 dollars that will be it. We wont make it to 7.
Get your riot gear on and revolt.
Boston Tea Party all over again.

This economy and culture are always changing and evolving. Life as we know it has always been coming to an end. Up to now the changes has mostly been for the better for most of us. This change is going to be very unpleasant for the bottom 95% of the population. Much higher gas prices are quite likely because of the increased worldwide demand for petroleum, the decrease in the rate of finding more oil and the rapidly devaluing dollar created by too much public and private debt.

I was & am thinking, that I want a vehicle for my family of 5, wife and three boys, to fit in that is safe and comfortable. Meaning above or equal to the frame rails of all the other safe and comfortable rigs out there!!
