America's expansionist policies duplicate the Soviet's. The only difference is the type of government we are compelling those to participate in. The Soviets believed that socialism worked for everyone like the neo-bolshevists believe that democracy works for everyone.
How will you adjust to $7 gas, as Goldman Sachs is saying possible by the end of the year? Will there be complete economic collapse? I have a bad feeling the doom and gloom crowd is correct and life as we know it is about to end, sooner rather than later. I don't think our economy could handle $7 gas.

I wish! but sadly, that is delusional. The trend is towards "self contained developments,"basically bringing the city to the "exurbs" as you call them.
Just heard on the radio today that bike sales are up, and I don't mean motorcycles. All in all, that is not a bad thing.
