Democrats think Black people aren't smart enough to get an I.D., although most adults have Driver's Licenses which are perfectly valid I.D.

Or make the effort to get a license or ID but they will make the effort to get the free buss pass and food stamps card. The radical democrats are racist.

lets look at who is not getting ID's and be honest about it. No id in our society today is voter fraud not suppression. 30 years ago, maybe, 2021, not.

Requiring ID to vote is a sign of an intrusive government. There's enough regulation in society as it is.

If you support small government say No to requiring ID to vote.

Since the ballot is only sent to the voters registered address, it is a stupid requirement. Why have stupid requirements? To cut down on the number of voters.
There is also ballot harvesting. People who have no inclination to vote (or who even know what the issues or candidates are) are used in voting drives to get ballots mailed to their address and then have “help” filling them in and returning them.

Is this illegal? No. But it undermines the ideal of having people actually making some minimal effort to vote.

The constitution also doesn’t guarantee easy access to absentee ballots, just that people are able to vote. In the early days of our country that only allowed in person except for soldiers. Civilians didn’t get to send in absentee ballots until the 20th century.

This post is pure BS! This is just the opposite of intrusive government. Showing ID is a way to make sure the people who vote are qualified to vote and they only vote one time.

It uses the available technologies to ensure the most honest voting processes we can have.

So you are focusing on "They are making me ..." and I am focusing on "Can this help ensure the best results possible under the conditions we have?"

so how do we close the disconnect?

You're wrong. That is exactly a form of intrusive government. Just because you support ID's to vote doesn't mean that it's not intrusive government.

How is there more and more regulations in society these days? It's due to motivations like this.
