Even at state level taxpayers have no control over their money. To pick up one topic “other’s children schooling” means ignoring the big picture. Everyone has things they care about and things they don’t.

However school funding is a real problem especially for seniors and retirees on fixed income. In our county school taxes are higher than property taxes. They are the largest spending item. The county executive promised to look into giving single seniors a discount. We’ll see

I pay something like 19000 a year as property tax.
I have only one child.
My husband and I pay 1400 monthly premium to health insurance.
I don't claim any benefit and I don't know if there are.

So, who paid any other things for my little one? I must thank him/her/them.......

Women say they are independent and can support themselves alone. The truth is women have a genetic need for men and other people to support and take care of them and their offspring. Single people get the shaft because we continue to believe the lie that women are independent. Truth is women think your money really belongs to them. Your things are her things.

So Op is talking something that no one understands and you are blaming women for the bills of children?

Do you really know that your pension comes from younger generation's tax?

That is why the society should support children in need. For most of the children they have their dads and mums to support them. My husband's money does belong to me, is there any problem with this?

Who told you we do not need men? Men need women to raise up children together as well so men are not independent?

Not all of it. Most of it comes from returns on investments. Pension funds, retirement accounts, 401Ks, etc., are all earning returns on investments to fund the payouts.

In fact, 100 million American workers and retirees have, in aggregate, $29.1 trillion worth of investments in those accounts. That's why it's colossally stupid for the left to vilify investing, Wall Street, the stock market, trade transactions, etc. That's what's funding those pension and/or retirement account payouts.

Yes, and True Democrats believed that enslaving another man, taking the fruits of his labor, was LEGAL, because the government said so.

If you take a man's surplus, you're forcing him to work for the benefit of another, which is part-time slavery.

I seem to recall a time when people had Creator endowed rights that no government could tax, regulate or trespass. And no election, constitution, or majority could deprive the minority of their rights to the fruits of their labor.

Voluntary charity is a blessing.
Compulsory charity is a curse.

Compulsory labor for the benefit of another is slavery.
Involuntary expropriation of property for the benefit of another is thievery.
. . .
“But what about the suffering people?”

No one should suffer lack,” must be preceded by “No one should be enslaved so that...”
Slavery is not a viable remedy for the ills of mankind.

Anything government gives, must be first taken from someone else, minus a cut for the management.

And envy of the rich is no excuse to roll back the law to allow slavery.
