I think the NY State vaccine passport allows unvaccinated person to prove that they had a negative COVID test within a short period before the event the person wants to attend.
Or, just get the fake vaccine card and write in your own.
Won't work if they're using blockchains that connect vaccine cards via QR codes. Going to be very hard to fake that unless you just get an actual card signed without actually getting the vaccine.

For now and plenty of false positives have happened before. The refund nightmare should be fun for the brokers and the missing out on memories fun for the people. All this over a virus with a 99.99% survivable rate for people under the age of 65.
