Nine and ten are tied in my opinion. Which one will have to move over for President Joe Biden?
I'd take Trump and Jackson off the list and replace them with Eisenhower and FDR; I don't see any reason for Clinton's inclusion, either -- replace with Jefferson or Madison,

FDR gets a vote for his leadership, and not for his orientation.

And remove Adams in favor of his son,

Biden won't get beyond the Iddy-Fiddies League.
