So far my list is:
  1. George Washington;
  2. Abe Lincoln;
  3. Harry Truman;
  4. Theodore Roosevelt
  5. Ronald Reagan;
  6. Donald Trump;
  7. Andrew Jackson;
  8. James K. Polk;
  9. John Adams; and
  10. Bill Clinton;
Nine and ten are tied in my opinion. Which one will have to move over for President Joe Biden?

Way too early to tell. Probably not though. He'll be seen favorably overall, as someone who stabilized things after years of turmoil. "OK", but not great.

Trump is more like bottom 5... Clinton and Polk have no business being on a top 10 list either

I think his Lincolnian eloquence and his skillful handling of Trump-made crises such as the border and global warming, i.e. the Texas Polar Plunge, see Houston will have extreme cold and temperatures could drop below 20, will win the day.

Who else would you put in the "top ten"? And don't say FDR.
