Democrats not only lack common sense, they're completely devoid of morality and have zero sense of shame.
Hiring a convicted cop murderer to help reform the police departments? WTF are they thinking?

If this Rivera guy had any wisdom, which I would hope he'd have acquired some of after 39 years in prison, he would live a very quiet life and do nothing with police other than keeping a safe distance from them and speaking honestly and respectfully if he were ever stopped by them for any reason.

He should have the awareness to understand that he took a man's life and this destroyed the relationship that man had with his wife and children; the children grew up without a father because of his actions.

A million apologies, even if accepted, would not make what he's doing acceptable.

This is disgusting and revolting.

Cetain things one does in life in general that remove or disqualify them from certain jobs, functions, organizations, relationships etc. That's part of the penalty. Execution style murder? No way. If he wants to add his two cents ok but sit and have power on a panel like this?

Question for anybody who thinks this is “ok”

Would you hire a baby sitter for your child if you know this baby sitter was a former felon convicted for child molestation? I mean, she served her time in prison and “learned” her lesson, correct?

Please articulate your reasons beside from “but but it’s apples vs oranges”

Some crimes should never be forgotten. What you just said is like saying a person who goes to jail for being a child molester should be allowed to work at a school when he/she gets out.

Yea they did the time for the crime but that doesn't mean they should be in certain jobs.
