Yeah, that term is probably very offensive now for either suggesting a father is needed or offensive to gays, people with out kids, polygamists....oh wait, you can offend them maybe, check and see if they're white mormon...then it's ok. lol.

Someone’s always trying to be a victim...I was on a flight the other day and the flight attendant was trying to ask this black family her belongings needed to go under the seat. Nothing abnormal those rules are for everyone of every color. But immediately she played the victim and argued about it. This sense of BLM BS and this new racist trend is pushing them to be idiots thinking rules don’t apply to them in an attempt to use the race card so they can do whatever they want. If there’s push back they immediately claim racism and try to become famous on social media........

Who pays attention to this kind of garbage? I sure don't. Like they say at the zoo, do not feed the animals.

There was a subdivision that opened up in burbs in my area maybe 15-20 years ago, and they called it "The Plantation". I'm not over PC but I recognized that when trying to sell homes, that phrasing may lose you more than a few customers.

I think they changed it after 5-10 years to something neutral like the multitude of lakeviewwoodshillsestatesbrookprairieacres etc. that are out there.

Didn’t the NBA refuse to use the term team owner anymore?

The term owners suite has been in use for a long time. It emphasizes that it is not just a bedroom., In today's McMansions, the owners suite includes a huge bathroom, one or two walk in closets and a sitting area. Calling it owners suite conveys an aura of opulence. It's all marketing; has nothing to do with racism. Where do you come up with that?

I’ve seen ads around here calling it the Primary Bedroom.

It still amazes me how so many people who weren't even alive during slavery are so offended by slavery.

Right? It's been considered bad form in the more polite circles of real estate for quite a while, now.

Thanks for finally catching up, TGTBTU!
