Because they want illegal votes. They want power no matter how they get it.

Most of the fraud in the 2020 election has been orchestrated on the right. If Republicans really cared about free and fair elections they would support more money for election security, not repressive laws that they think will help them win.

No one is stopping them from getting ID,s. Voting is a privilege and no one is stopping any legal citizens from obtaining a ID, it cost under 20 dollars and they could have used their stimulus money to obtain one. It’s called responsibility

Yea but if people don’t NEED one there is no reason for them to get one. I have a driver’s license cause I need to drive. Nobody should get one just to vote.

Laws that try to repress the vote of urban voters, and minority voters are repressive.

As it stands, there is no systemic fraud, there's no evidence of illegitimate votes being cast. Requiring ID to vote is a solution looking for a problem.
I can get a free ID, or very low cost.

But apply that same standard to guns. I have a right to bear arms. Does that mean any charges I incur such as a permit are unconstitutional?
