For thousands of years people knew the sex of a newborn, a DNA test can also show us the child's sex. Anything outside the known biological sexes does not exists in science, but only in the mind. Past generations never questioned biology and science, they never challenged reality.
Today we think what is in our minds somehow overcomes biology, but that is a falsehood perpetrated by the radical left.
