This happened 3 years ago, with a girl he was in a relationship with in high school. He was 18, she was 16. She called him drunk from a party saying she needed to be picked up, and he came and got her and took her to his father's house.

She doesn't recall him picking her up in the truck, but DOES recall that she didn't give consent a little later.

No, just no. Why did this result in the arrest of Luke Armstrong? Women like this are DANGEROUS.
