If someone sees gun, and yells gun, and all armed persons draws, how will you know who the active shooter is? If everyone starts firing, everyone will assume everyone is a shooter, and start shooting everyone.
I think its best to have guns in the home only, or when walking out in the woods. But when out and about private armed security hired by the business owners or armed owners to protect the patrons.
Or more likely, in reality, the shooter will not even draw his weapon in the first place, because someone might have a gun and take him out.
Think it's a coincidence that most shootings happen in gun free zones?

Saying CA has the strictest gun laws is like saying Jack in the Box has the healthiest fast food. Bruh, it's still fast food; and guns are still widely available in CA.

Could it be because the idiots in states such as CA have made it so that the good guy with a gun cannot own it, carry it or acquire ammunition for it?
Of course guns are still widely available in CA - if you're a criminal.
Its much wiser nowadays to mind your biz, as good guys have seen where they are quickly made into bad guys by overzealous DA's and police chiefs.

Since being involved in a rampage shooting, is about as rare as being struck by lightening, and the amount of Americans that have concealed carry permits is under 8%, the mathematical chances of them being together is extremely minimal.
