Biden doesn't have an infrastructure plan. His handlers do, and Biden is simply the "big guy" in the middle collecting his 10%.

Oh, pardon me, please. Did we Americans miss the Trump touted Infrastructure Week? Please reveal the plan as I believe no one saw it during the 208 weeks of the Trump reign.
