We truly have jumped the shark seeing that having that vaccination is everything in the world and higher priority then life itself.

16000 poor people should go "find their own boat".

I truly hope that story goes viral. To add to the horror the island only received their first batch of vaccine 2 days ago so no one is vaccinated.

This tweet, from your link, really should hit home.

To add to the horror on St Vincent, *only vaccinated* evacuees are being accepted on cruise ships or nearby islands. This is worse than my worst nightmares about vaccine segregation.

This has to redouble our determination to NEVER allow covid passes.

Not 16,000, just those who do not want to accept the conditions to use the cruise ships and be taken to the planned destinations.

Those who do not want to be exposed to the virus have no say in it?

Well it is all of them because the island just got their first shipment of vaccine.

Is this what the world has come to ? No vaccine so stay there and die ?

It isn't a matter of whether they want to be vaccinated or not.

Where does it say they are in danger of dying where they currently are? Obviously the St. Vincent authorities think it is safe to vaccinate people.

Those who want to be vaccinated can board the cruise ships, so, yes, it is a matter of wanting to be vaccinated.

OMG. Unbelievable.

Call 911 and what, they won't help your husband having a heart attack because he hasn't had a vaccine?

Firefighters won't rescue trapped victims if they don't have their vaccine card on them?

How did we all manage six months ago, before the vaccines started? Mask up and/or keep a distance, but by God, if there is an emergency, you help people.

Where does it say the people who are affected are in immediate danger?

They would rather people die from the volcano than exist while unvaccinated.
