Well the fact is, that I do know someone who lied on the gun app and they were charged. Should the son of the POTUS be charged? Would my black son be charged?

Biden should face the same justice as any other American would, but we all know the political elite are exempt from the laws that the rest of us have to follow.
So nothing will happen, justice will not be served!
