I lived in San Diego, off and on, for over 11 years. One of the most beautiful, enjoyable places I have ever lived.

Sadly, like most major cities, many of the areas are packed with vagrants/homeless/dopers. The downtown-area has a lot of homeless shelters that are packed to the brim.

Can we just sell California or what about the whole entire West Coast?
