If Republicans had their way, every interstate would be converted to a toll road and every bridge would have a toll. Then they'd hand over the toll road contract to private companies which are huge political donors. The private companies would increase the tolls every year and barely maintain the roads. They'd only use automatic toll booths and the lines would back up at the booths. Indiana did this. The drivers paid the price. Republicans don't care about people; they care about large corporate donors.

Using your logic, if Democrats had their way, middle class white people couldn’t afford to drive while black and brown people get free cars. And Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer each get helicopters to travel around.
