Still, I would not be surprised if it came to the Wall getting added as a COMPROMISE to get Republicans on-board of Biden's Infrastructure Bill to get the Infrastructure rebuilding passed. Time will tell if that could be the case over the Biden Administration trying to push the bill on its own.
Either way.... I see it getting passed and COMPROMISE is ALWAYS A GOOD THING we lack today over complete demonizing and name-calling we were hearing for a few years that is hard for some to give up..... especially in this forum.
It is actually a FAILURE of the Trump Administration that the Wall was not built and during his years in office few miles even got built and with structure issues. If he wanted it bad enough and was this can-do kind of persona..... I would have expected it would have been built yet was not.... just a bit of opinion.

It's not surprising to see that Trump and his liberal supporters wanted the same thing as Biden does now. They're all liberals in the end.
The wall doesn't keep terrorists out. Most terrorists are internal or and more come here legally than through borders. Covid was largely spread by people arriving on airplanes. You might want to do a bit of research.

Sorry if I misunderstood you, but after a year of not allowing and shaming family gatherings, churches being closed, schools closed, I get grumpy when the president is ok with allowing them to cross after campaigning on handling covid better.
Trump built a total of 450 miles of new wall. All but 50 replaced the wall built in 2007-10.
In June/ July, 2020, the customs/ Border agency disclosed the new wall was not achieving its goals. People were scaling it. Tunnels were dug underneath and chunks blown off.
No wall is high enough nor patrols deep enough so long as US businesses and people continue to hire undocumented people without consequences.
