Anyone can report anything about a real, perceived and fake adverse effect, including getting hit by a bus. VAERS is very clear there is no way to attribute a self reported adverse effect to the vaccine.
Those deaths are baloney. There is no verification of VAERS. Anti-vaxxers can just log in and report a death. It's like a Yelp review. Complete nonsense. There are NO proven cases of death that was caused by any covid vaccine. None.

So vaccines can never have side effects .... since there is no accurate reporting structure. Which means there are never side effects from vaccines.
So even when people do die from vaccines ... they technically *can't* die from vaccines. Since vaccines don't kill people. Because no one can report it.

IF you died (car/motorcycle accident), from ANY disease including Cancer or even from Old Age ..... you were listed as a Covid-19 Death.
NOW - you get a Vaccination and IF you die from ANY cause at all it was the Vaccine that killed you.

I mean, vaccines have been discontinued due to issues. The original DTP, the original rotavirus vaccine. AstraZeneca was pulled in some countries because there were concerns about blood clots. The safety measures in place are working.
2249 deaths with 136.7 million doses given. That's a death rate of 0.000016
Now compare that to Covid:
556,185 deaths with 30,828,216 total cases in the U.S. That's a death rate of .018.
Les't compare those death rates:
.18/.000016= 1096
Fun fact: Covid-19 is approximately 1100 times as deadly as the vaccine.
The vaccine is even much LESS deadly than that. Only 28% of those deaths occurred within 48 hours of being given the vaccine.
Considering the vast majority who got the vaccine at this point were elderly people, the other people died because it was their time to die. The vaccine doesn't prevent death from all causes.
#1 - VAERS does no causal analysis that I'm aware of.
#2 - What percentage of the 56M+ fully vaccinated Americans is 2249? What percentage of the 136M+ Americans who have received at least one dose is it?
The same people pushing that the vaccine is dangerous were the same ones saying that covid (that is at least 1000 times more dangerous than the vaccine) was no big deal because 99% survive it.
I had covid and have the vaccine. Believe me the vaccine is the thing that is no big deal.
During the initial trials in the UK, some of the inoculated died.
Anti-Vaxers / skeptics went nuts. A few died in auto accidents. Several died as a result of a plethora of underlying health conditions that preceded the vaccine. And some had received a placebo.
More than 680 million doses have been used to inoculate people throughout the world.
Trump and his wife chose to be vaccinated just 3 months after being infected with COVID.

By repeating that garbage here and using it as the title of your thread, you are also being intellectually dishonest and lazy. No where in the CDC or VAERS does it say that 2794 people died from the vaccine. Language matters, you know. Let’s take a look at the text, straight from the horse’s mouth and see what it says:
“During this time, VAERS received 2,794 reports of death (0.00167%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine. CDC and FDA physicians review each case report of death as soon as notified and CDC requests medical records to further assess reports. A review of available clinical information including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records revealed no evidence that vaccination contributed to patient deaths.” (From the CDC website, April 6, 2021. Do you see the difference between 2794 reports of death among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine and 2794 reports of death caused by the COVID-19 vaccine? Which one is the CDC saying? Because these prepositional phrases have drastically different meanings. I think it’s worth quoting this statement for a second time to reinforce what that difference is: “A review of available clinical information including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records revealed no evidence that vaccination contributed to patient deaths.”
Your source is biased and using manipulative language to misrepresent the numbers. They’re lying. That tells you never to trust that source again. If you want the actual data, try going straight to the original source. 10 seconds of Googling was all it took for me to see that your source is manipulating its readers by misquoting the CDC and VAERS.
I always teach my students to vet their sources and double-check any data that seems fishy. This is why.
