“The Russian People are happy”. Very happy...

Anyway, since Vladimir is good friends with our former president, I think it’s time to learn from Russia and appoint presidents “for life”. After all, the American People (“we the people”) want it. Elections are a waste of time and money if you have such great leader...Lol.

He has no choice at this point.

The second he resigns or steps down, he’s a dead man walking.

The Russians don’t play, only political power protects many of their politicians.

The only reason for that would be if your perception is still a slave to Trump’s fragile ego and his lies.

The responses to this thread leave me concluding that Putin would do very well in the upcoming GOP primary.

They love the idea of a benevolent dictatorship. Organized religion, blind patriotism and right-wing "news" propaganda have been preparing them for years.

Wasn't Trump also opining that he should be able to serve more terms than allowed? He and Putin are a lot alike. No wonder they are such good comrades.

Yes Trump pined openly on many occasions to be like autocrats that could actually declare themselves leaders for life. After FDR did that, we decided that we wouldn’t be having any more of that here.
