She was unarmed. She was trespassing. She did not assault anyone. If yelling a threat while unarmed is cause to be shot on sight, America has bigger problems than Jan 6th
Trump was not there, did not ‘ lead” as the leftist media asserts ,, and she was a veteran that served her country.
Which brings up an interesting side point. We know out of the tens of thousands protesting that day, including the several hundred who unfortunately entered the Capitol unlawfully , many were Retired or active Law Enforcement and Veterans.
And this should be paid attention to. What would drive that element of people , those that represent the Government in some fashion, either serving the public or defending the public, participate ?
Could it be an indicator of the widespread disgust for the politics that they see and live under? The PC crap , the lectures , the mandates and orders? Are they indicative of a broad range of disgust and dissatisfaction that 75 million others may have, yet they couldn’t control themselves?
Was this the ‘ insurrection” that the Dems and the Lefty MSM portrayed it as, or was it the modern version of Torches and Pitchforks ?

It’s weird that leftist media reported 3 deaths due to natural causes as the “result” of the Capitol riot.
It’s actually textbook. The narrative needed to be supported so Nancy could justify surrounding the Capitol with fencing and barb wire , and then National Guard.
All the more to “protect” democracy and give a false sense of security to the populace.
Meanwhile, down at the border, there is no sense of security, it appears children may be getting abused , but the Capitol is secured.
Ashli Babbit's murderer hasn't been charged. As far as I know his name hasn't even been released. Unlike say the police officer that kneeled on George Floyd's neck.
Sicknick went home after his shift and was just fine. It sounds like he probably died from a stroke.

I saw one video it seemed she wasn't even through the window yet and was shot from the side. Either they're protecting the shooter for legal reasons or his profile, title or purpose there at that time will not look good for the narrative.

A homicide is the intentional act of killing a person. It can be manslaughter, accidental, negligent, murder, or legal. She is responsible for putting herself in that position. The officer if tried could use an affirmative defense and like most officers in such cases, would win that the homicide was justified.

Homicide means the death of a person at the hand of another and doesn't necessarily mean a crime was committed. I'll note 4 kids were killed by agents of the government at Kent State for doing far less than the seditionists on January 6 and no one was ever held responsible,
