If the U.S. didn’t tax on worldwide income (one of only two countries that does that), nor exact an exit tax with citizenship renunciation, a lot more people might leave.

You do realize that Canada has the exact same healthcare system that we do, right? The only difference is that in addition to our system, they have a government solution as well. The private health insurance and medical system works just as well as ours. Your OP makes no sense.

Second, it's false to say Canadians aren't fond of Americans. We judge people on a person to person basis, and yes on CD we do have to " fight back " on some of the silly and sweeping statements made.

Like you just did.

I'm sure many Americans on the forum, who have been to Canada, will tell you that that what you say is untrue.
Yes/correct.

What the poster you’re replying to is saying is untrue.

No one said you should not be allowed to travel anywhere. What are you talking about?

Where did he say that you shouldn't be allowed to travel anywhere? All he said was that you shouldn't be traveling internationally (expressing his opinion). He never said you shouldn't be "allowed to travel anywhere". Now you're just putting words in other people's mouths to push some agenda.
