Wow, I would hate to hear your opinion of the patriots of the American Revolution!
**After all, they were 'criminals/traitors' who used violence, theft, etc just because they were upset over excessive taxation and lack of representation.
Why not? Govt does it does to private property all the time.
its not a level playing field. The government makes all the rules, holds all the cards. They went inside the disrupt the election process. some wanted to kill Pence and Pelosi. I can't defend this behavior or what BLM rioters did.
If we are at the point in this country where riots and mobs are acceptable or necessary behavior our days as a country are numbered.

This is America, whether you like it or not. We are obligated to protect and defend the Constitution, even if you do not agree with certain parts of it.
The problem with prisons is that they tend to be filled with criminals. many of whom are violent angry people who dont need an excuse to beat on weaker people. That's why they are in prison. That's why you shouldn't do things that get you sent to prison. No sympathies from me for the insurrectionists. They desecrated our capital. They get what they have earned.

2. We should deport anyone who entered the building
3. Assaulting the Police must be punished
We kept Gitmo for a reason, use it
