I have no idea what makes some men resort to such violence. Some do it due to mental illness, some do it for the thrill, some do it for the notoriety, some do it as retaliation, some do it out of anger, some do it as apart of a robbery, some do it for other monetary gain. There are a so many different reasons why men resort to such violence. The only common denominator is they are all men. Take the guns away from ALL men and problem solved.

How can there be control? There is already more guns than people in the USA? How can a black market be stopped? If cartels can bring in drugs, and coyotes bring in people, they can bring in guns.

Well, the OP is contending that this is clearly Biden's fault, even though he's been in office less than 100 days. Trump had four years and no MAGAs are blaming him.

Trump was in office for 10 months of COVID and we had a half a million dead under his watch, mostly due to his refusal to take it seriously.

You know darn well it is up to each state to formulate their own plan for dealing with the virus. If Trump had acted like a dictator and demanded that states do it his way, you and your ilk would have been screaming about that.
How would YOU have gotten everybody in the US to lockdown? It's impossible. We need people to do the essential jobs that involve keeping the infrastructure going, health care, police and fire departments.
Why should the Constitutional right to continue breathing be infringed because people value their guns over human lives? Every person on the wrong end of a mass shooting had their right to live infringed. Why do their rights not matter?
Have you ever been the victim of a violent home invasion and had a knife put to your throat? Has a violent intruder ever almost punch your 18 month old child with his fist? Well, I have. I did not own a firearm at the time and I swore that day that if me and my children made it through that home invasion alive, I would never be unarmed and defenseless again. As a mother, I have a right and an obligation to protect my family.
If you take that right away from law abiding citizens, you leave us helpless in protecting our families from the criminals that don't follow the law and will still be armed. My firearms will never be used against another human being unless it's in self defense.
