Exactly what part of the phrase "shall not be infringed" sounds flexible to you?

Time to take this gross violation to the Supreme Court.

All these militias need to have guns.

All you people claiming it is: Are you hiding something?

The problem is, who gets to decide what "the wrong hands" are?

If someone is too dangerous to exercise their Constitutional rights, then they should be permanently removed from society.

But if someone has completed their sentence and deemed safe to return to a productive place as a citizen, then ALL Constitutional rights should be restored.

If people are too dangerous to possess a firearm, they damn well are to dangerous to walk the streets of a free society, where it is a right of anyone walking freely to be able to protect themselves from all forms of oppression.

Lock them up for life, or hang them.
Don't even try to restrict my inalienable endowed rights, because you feel sorry for an evil person and let them out of jail....

Personally I prefer the previous administration who made peace deals, reduced my taxes, supporting a vaccine in record time, built a southern border of 450 miles, US record of energy independence on foreign oil, reduced regulations for new businesses (eliminating 8 regulations for every one created); eliminated Obamacare penalty;permanent funding for historically black colleges;Withdrew from Iran nuclear deal; withdrew from Paris climate accord......I didn't care for Trump as a person, his tweets, or BS, but I liked what he did for me.
AMEN! Except I liked his tweets.

The Supreme Court are NOT abiding by the Constitution then! (thankfully we citizens can remedy that any time we like!)

Unfortunately, the Supreme Court has taken the side of tyranny on this issue.

That still does not prevent citizens from doing what is right though.

The 2nd Amendment: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

But highly unfortunate how the 2nd Amendment is conflictive. So out of interest to the security of a free state, should a member of the militia, who can't shoot straight, have to hand over his gun and be expelled from the militia?
