Bingo. There's a way to nullify previous amendments, and that's by passing another amendment to nullify them. For example, the 18th Amendment (Prohibition) was nullified by the passing of the 21st Amendment (ending Prohibition).
No constitutional amendment is absolute, if it can be nullified or modified by a subsequent amendment. And so far, all constitutional amendments can be nullified or modified by subsequent amendments.
