Well, are you willing to step up and man-up or woman-up to be that better Police Officer? They are literally thousands of vacancies around the country, so what’s the excuse of not being one of those better police officers?

After 26 years in law enforcement, I stepped down just to make room for somebody to be that Better Cop.

After a suspect was already apprehended, handcuffed, and lying on the ground in police custody in Minneapolis a few months back. It was in all the papers. Google it.
