Well, the dems once again have control of the house, senate and presidency....what are you waiting for?

What will your excuse be this time?

The dems will try to pass a bill for more thorough background checks and restrictions on sales of guns. How will the GOP vote on it?

Quote:
U.S. House passes two Democratic-backed gun control bills
Quote:
The first measure, which passed the Democratic-led House 227-203, would close a long-standing loophole in gun laws by expanding background checks to those purchasing weapons over the internet, at gun shows and through certain private transactions. Only eight Republicans joined the Democrats in backing the bill.
Quote:
The second bill, passed 219-210 with only two Republicans supporting it, would give authorities 10 business days for federal background checks to be completed before a gun sale can be licensed. Currently, such sales can proceed if the government cannot complete complicated background checks of prospective buyers within three days.

Quote:
The Senate’s longstanding filibuster rule makes it so most legislation requires 60 votes to proceed in the 100-seat chamber rather than a simple majority, and Republicans could use the maneuver to try to block gun control measures.

That is why a record number of states have relinquished their power over the 2nd amendment and removed the threat of violence for open carrying of a sidearm, or long gun.

Yep. Almost a new state a day is moving to allow constitutional concealed carry. Several states have also gone as far as to enact legislation to supersede any and all upcoming gun control measures put in place by dementia joe and his administration. Several more have enacted legislation stating their state level law enforcement will not work or cooperate with federal agents to enforce new gun control laws. Quite a few cities and states declaring they are 2a sanctuaries. The list goes on.

The words “from my cold dead hands” are rather appropriate here in relation to what dementia joe will have to do to stop me exercising y Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

Don't forget to add in the cost of the riots, which support and praise many of the gun toting thugs as heroes.

Now let's talk about the cost of illegal drugs that are killing and addicting the American people.

So does Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Unsafe Sex, Reckless Driving, and Obesity.

Lets work on these issues and leave my guns alone!

PS - What is "Gun Violence" - a leftist made-up term.

Yup, gun crimes are actually falling, and it's definitely not because the dems are banning guns.
