The Simpsonville, South Carolina foster father accused of killing 3-year-old Victoria ‘Tori’ Rose Smith was granted bond Friday, according to WYFF.
Jerry Austin Robinson, husband of former “Worst Cooks in America” winner Ariel Robinson, appeared before Judge Letitia Verdin Friday morning.
Verdin set Jerry Robinson’s surety bond at $150,000, under the conditions that he will be on house arrest with GPS monitoring and he can’t contact anyone under 18, according to Fox Carolina.

The foster mother, who was probably the one who did the actual abuse based on the evidence that has been gathered so far, was denied bail. The man is not a flight risk, is willing to testify against the mother, indications are he never abused the child, and reportedly has been very remorseful that he did not intervene. He is someone who should be out on bail.
Many of those Jan 6th protestors should also be out on bail.

This much we know, the treatment of both is not equal !!!
The Equal Protection Clause is part of the first section of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. The clause, which took effect in 1868, provides "nor shall any State ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws". It mandates that individuals in similar situations be treated equally by the law
