It was being pointed out, that if Maxine’s comments warrant arrest, then by the same standard there is more than enough evidence to arrest Trump right now for inciting the capitol riot. His comments were even more overtly referencing violent behavior (while still not specifically calling for it, nor did Maxine).
If you feel Trump’s speech did not rise to the level of incitement, then there is absolutely no logical case to be made that Maxine’s did.

They really don’t care, last summer was nothing but continues riots, looting and destruction, they didn’t care about small private businesses being burned down and if Biden lost they would have done far worse.

Maxine Waters (D-CA) crossed state lines to incite a riot in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. This is a Federal crime according to 18 U.S. Code 2101:
(a)Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent—
(1)to incite a riot; or
(2)to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or
(3)to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or
(4)to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot;
