And this is why reading the article in its entirety, and not just going by the title is so crucial.
This FoxNews article is a prime example of sensationalism with a clickbait title that is contradicted by the actual article itself. The title said the BLM protestors left when they discovered the deceased was "white", but the article said they left when more information about the situation was released.
Apparently the "deceased" was an armed carjacker, who had just carjacked a woman at gunpoint and then he proceeded to fire shots at the police while being in pursuit. During the pursuit, he jumped out of the car and started pointing the gun at passersby. This is when officers shot and killed him.
Also, the BLM protestors that left were all white judging by the clip that was uploaded.
The moral of the story here. Don't just stop at the title of an article. READ THE WHOLE THING.

Their message is far too unfocused and their are people in their leadership who are obvious grifters. They are supposed to be about justice, but they have far too many hangers-on with their own racist agendas. But when people accuse conservatives of being anti-intellectual knee-jerk emotional brainwashed sheep, it is takes like this that inform that view.
They didn't go to protest, and then leave. They were already protesting, took a knee after hearing about a police shooting, and then decided it wasn't worth freaking out, because it was a carjacker who was shooting at police.
