He's not being charged with 1st degree murder, so that would be impossible

I voted for manslaughter, based on the information included in the MN statue you included. It says that the conviction applies (for manslaughter) based on the "preponderance of evidence". This is very different from "beyond a reasonable doubt."

(My question is whether the gullible savages, brainwashed by the media, will be satisfied enough with a manslaughter charge - or whether anything short of murder will result in massive riots and destruction throughout the country.)

Well waters said if he isn't charged with 1st degree, the the riots and violence will begin.

She knew that 1st degree wasn't being charged, so we have to conclude she went outside her state in an interstate effort to sow discord, divisiveness and violence. Pelosi has defended her.

Anyone see anything wrong with the socialist democrat party???????

Wait for the next time you hear a democrat say, 'no one is above the law'.

Wake up MN! the flames and smoke are the fruit you sow by your poor choice in elected officials.

Are you even following this trial?
He’s not charged with 1st degree murder.
He actually could be found guilty of up to all three charges.

Response: Opinion

A manslaughter charge threatened by violence if resulting
in anything less than Murder 1.

There are to many factors that have already predicted the outcome of the trial.

A breakdown of the Nucleus that has founded and kept our nation strong.
God ,Family and Country.

This breakdown has been fueled by the collision of Covid ,Socialism and Violence.

Destroy God
A Socialist ideology festering for over 70 years inside our educational system
using this opportunity to gain total control of our Constitution by using racism
as its most lethal tool.

Destroy the Family.
Covid that has caged Americans and amplified emotions and the main reason
behind a poor economy which has left many unemployed, in poverty and frustrated.

Destroy the Country.
Protesting for changes in the Constitution that were the source of our strength
for over 200 years now being challenged with physical violence.

He deserves manslaughter 1 and quite a bit of time in jail. I didn't go to legal school and I can see that.

What he's actually going to get? Probably Murder 2 otherwise the city burns with some more mostly peaceful protests.

Does the verdict and amount of prison time he gets really matter because there will be riots and mass destruction. The judge and jury could drag him from the court room and lynch him on the flag pole out front and the mob would still tear the country apart in celebration.

No matter the outcome it is not going to be pretty.

I think that was included so Maxine Waters could vote in the poll. Otherwise, she might burn the place down.
