Meh.
Wait... how does it go? What was the catchphrase I heard and read several times during the Trump Admin? Something... something... snowflakes should leave... I dunno.

Nope. I believe they charged him with all three to try and cover all bases. If for some reason the jury did not believe Chauvin was guilty of murder, they'd absolutely have to at least concede it was manslaughter. The end goal was conviction, they just weren't sure if the jury would agree it was murder.

I don’t see it as unlikely at all he ends up getting the murder 2 removed or even the murder 2 and 3 on appeals. There wasn’t anywhere close to enough evidence for either

And courts and jurists are controlled by the threats from mobs. Good times for all.

There was no way anyone would have known who vouched for what if it was a hung jury and if they somehow found out they’d pretty easily know it was one of the other 11 jurors who ratted them out

I don't know why anyone would support Chauvin the police who I spoken to about it said the man was a bad officer. They don't support what he did they all said his actions were far beyond what any department allows. They Apply the force needed to get the suspect under control put cuffs on them. If anyone here thinks Chauvin was right what he did you support officers using excessive force. I don't know if Chauvin was a racist or not what I do know is some officers use excessive force because of a lot of reasons. Most of the time it's because they keep getting away with it they feel like they can do what they want.

Will Chauvin going to prison change things I don't think so most will forget about him in a few weeks. Police departments need reform, and training. In the last 2 weeks we had an officer shoot and kill someone because she thought she had a taser in her hand. Is that murder no but should she be on the police force what kind of training are they getting?

haha. Even the judge seemed to think differently than you do, but you know more than he does?

None of the other recent police crimes will result in convictions in my mind. They can barely even get the DAs to prosecute the Atlanta case from last year involving the taser

Based on your logic the right wing terrorists should have stormed the SCOTUS instead of the capital.
