I actually think Chauvin is guilty of a crime, but our system of jurisprudence needs rules to be followed insuring a fair trial, and he was not granted one due to bad decisions from the bench.
It's also apt to be delayed soon. The appeal IMO he will win, getting the right to 2nd trial, sequestered jury, out of region. That will likely leave him out of jail a year or more, as the prosecution will need a different approach to retry, as is always the case with 2nd trials.
The judge's stupid decisions regarding sequestering, location, plus Maxine Waters will enable Chauvin to win an appeal.
Which would all be wonderful.
Why are you quoting something I never said this. Good grief. Learn how to use the computer.

Except the claim is that he couldn’t breathe and that he was begging the cop to stop. Since it’s impossible to talk if you can’t breathe, that claim is obviously nonsense.
Just think if Floyd wasn’t a serial criminal, didn’t break the law, complied with the police, etc... The incident would’ve never happened.
I believe that argument has been made numerous times thru out history....Southern Jim Crow laws...'If blacks would just obey and comply, we wouldnt have problems'
MLK and his followers were told this all the time...JUST OBEY the law!
(today we honor and celebrate those who broke the laws, knowing they were wrong).
The King of England...'if those American colonists would just obey and comply'...
It really sucks the way things are happening and we have people supporting the felons and condemning cops. Are the folks where you are in Vegas as crazy as those in Minnesota? Or do you think the whole damn country is going down the tubes?
I was in Vegas for the weekend for my b-day. Stayed in Aria (nice hotel) but damn, ghetto is spreading and it's getting bad. Vegas it's gone, it went deep blue in the worst way. That used to be one of my favorite places to get away, not anymore. What happened in LA, it went to Vegas (same thing for Denver)

See a trend yet?
Lol. Always funny when the Jim Crow card is played.
It’s obvious many have a problem not obeying the law. Floyd found that out the hard way. Hopefully others learn from his poor decisions.
The trend is that there’s a lot of entitled folks think it’s okay to break the law. Unfortunately, many of them have to learn the hard way not to do so.

Our nation won its independence and freedom largely because a small group of citizens REFUSED TO OBEY OR COMPLY....
We celebrate every year, that citizens brought violence into politics and just because they didnt like the taxes or laws, other people had to die for that.
