There is systematic reverse racism going on where unqualified people are being given jobs just because they are a different skin color other than white. You are right, that is technically racism by it's definition.

Well that used to be the definition....systemic racism IS institutional racism.
Notice Biden nor the media ever say "institutional".

They are redefining the term to now mean discrimination.
They very wall know Americans today do not know their history and will believe everything fed to them with no interest to research or verify for themselves.
