I don't think it was intentional. it was just an ******* cop that had zero regard for human safety didn't care if the guy lived or died and wasn't worried about being held accountable. George Floyd was too stupid to realize he just got put at the mercy of a guy like that.

That being said, the trial was a farce from the start. I WOULD NEVER LIVE in one of those ******* states...can you imagine what could happen to YOU and / or YOUR FAMILY?? ---------FORCED TO LIVE BY MOB RULE ~

(No Sir...not me) !

.

Probably why the state chose to charge Chauvin with 2nd degree unintentional murder, eh?

CopperFit. You righties need to support that company.

As for me, with my aches and pains I'm waiting until they come out with a full body suit before I buy anything from them.

It doesn't take a law degree or any other kind to understand that the charges did not include intent, it's been all over the news for weeks. I know he went to college at Southern Miss but maybe the football players were given slack on their grades.

I dont think Chauvin meant to kill Floyd either. Why would he want to ruin his own life? He was too stubborn to get off his neck and DID kill him though.

Floyds death not murder....(or is it)???

Definition of murder
1 : the crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice aforethought was convicted of murder.

Was there a 'forethought' OR 'Intent' to kill ???

Minnesota changed the definition of Murder....!
___________________________________________1
Murder is the unlawful killing of another human without justification or valid excuse, especially the unlawful killing of another human with malice aforethought.
